Advise on the performance condition: Coating means: use by glue gun, the sub should be kept between 70℃ to 75 ℃during heating before use, vacuum period and pressuring period in order that the water based PU coating can reach the activation temperature. Adhesion should be carried in 60s-120s in higher temperature which would improve its anti-heat . In order to reach the action temperature , The circle time and the molding process should match well at 130℃ of the machine. depends on the best suitable temperature of PVC and High density board )Coating area :65±5g/㎡ for the flat surface, 90±10/㎡ for the edge and groove part(It also could be varied by the absorbing ability of the materials)For Coating gun: caliber 1-1.5mm, 2.2-2.5mm, pipe length 4mm, inner semi diameter 6mm, pressure 1-1.5pa 15-30M nature dryness should be get after coating, Temperature of air, Temperature of performing environment and the quantity of  coating   also should be concerned in this procession. If the dryness speed is too slow ,1-2M dryness in oven could be get before .Vacuum could be dismantled until the surface temperature drop to 30℃, cold water could be sprinkled on if the performing temperature is too high. Failure to following the advise above could result in edge peeling off and whole peeling off after a night.   Solidity could be used to improve the anti-heat and to shorten the dryness time.
