This series has an extensive range of the product and application. According to different craft, model and the material of the edge sealing, we offer our most adoptable YX series hot melt glue so as to make good use of it and perfect the boding effect with the lowest cost. It also has the repressing function to the multifarious maintain that caused by the unsuited glue to the edge banding.

In order to acquire the best effect, while we use YX series hot Melt glue, please follow below advice for application:

-Dirt free on the carrier and the edge, evenly application.

-If possible, stabilized the plank and the edge under the working temperature (not lower than 15 oC) before the bonding.

-Normally, under normal temperature, YX hot melt glue needs 50 minutes for warm-up filling. Test the temperature in the slot in a specific time, and lower it down to 100 oC at the interval.

-Start-up rolling wheel while the glue becomes to liquid form and let it run for about ten minutes so as to ensure the same temperature of the plasma around.

- To ensure that the glue quantity is well situated and evenly. For the carrier with big thickness and holes or for the transmittal of slow compensate, apply more.

- Speed transmittal and shorten the interval between application and bonding.

- Stabilized the plank being bonded for at least 30 minutes before testing and processing to reach the high strength.

- Adding glue frequency with small quantity during the operation to avoid sudden cooling.

- Clean slot once a week. Dip into Acetone or ethylene chloride totally for a few hours for better cleaning effect
